Neighbors in Sam's apartment hate his obnoxiously loud and grating music and finally call the police to intervene. Initially, Officer Morrison tries to get Sam to cooperate, but when he is called back for a third time, he opts to use "special tactics." A hard over the knee spanking on Sam's skin-tight jeans gets his attention, but when they come down to reveal his white briefs and, eventually, bare ass, he's learned to keep the music down.

But just to make sure, the Officer uses a wooden paddle for a fast-and-furious finale to drive his point home.
